We've had lots of family visits this summer. Cadence just adores her cousins, especially the babies. She loves babies! Here is Cadence with her little cousin Danny, just loving hanging out with him (the Mohawk is a remnant from a ponytail):

New Year!

Oh so much has been going on, and we've been so, so busy! But I didn't want to neglect the site, so here is a summary of the crazy fall that was:

-Brandon is OFFICIALLY a PhD! He graduated this past December and we're so proud of him (the picture below is Brandon with his feet up on the UW Madison Engineering Dean's desk)!

-Our house is coming along beautifully. We just love it. We're so excited to move in soon! (View from the back...)

-Cadence is getting so big! She's cut two teeth and is crawling and pulling herself to standing. We love her so much--she giggles and laughs at everything right now.

-We went back to Wisconsin to visit family and friends. Everyone adored Cadence, of course!

-Our little nephew, Danny, was born on January 7 (6 weeks early!!)
