Our little loving pugs--

Bella and Nessa

Bellatrix and Narcissa are the family dogs. Yes, they're named after the evil wizards from Harry Potter. Yes. They are perfect names.

Nessa--or the more aptly named Narcissa--has no cares as long as she is loved. She also must ALWAYS be the center of attention. Nessa loves to sit on laps and cuddle and she's the happiest little thing in the world. She's also more afraid (of everything) than anyone. Nessa joined our little family in August of 2008 as a tiny puppy.

Then there's Bellatrix-- serious and protecting but unfortunately, most likely owing to her namesake, hardly obedient and ever mischievous. Actually, she is much better than she used to be, probably owing to age. She is spirited and a very unique personality--kind of more like a cat than a dog, sometimes. Although Bella is moody, morose, and unpredictable, she protects her little sister (Nessa) with ferocity. She is also the smart one! Bella was our first addition in August of 2007.
