Getting to Know Brandon

A Brief Biography

Brandon was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Brandon was very into baseball throughout high school, and played pitcher and first base.

Brandon attended Idaho State University for a degree in mechanical engineering, and then continued at the University of Wisconsin for a masters and PhD in nuclear engineering. Brandon always intended on returning to his native Idaho to work as a nuclear engineer at the Idaho National Lab, where he could spend his free time hunting and fishing.

A little bit more...
I love to hunt and fish. My grandpa has a cabin up in the Targhee National Forest area that I love to visit. We have a lot there which I plan to build a cabin on so I can take my family up to appreciate everything up there like I do. It's also an amazing place to hunt ducks and fly fish.
I also love baseball and softball, and any sports. I play in fantasy leagues with my friends/family, play on a competitive softball team, and enjoy watching sports on TV. We also like going to see the Badgers play, especially football.
I'm a pretty easy going guy. I kind of take things as they come and keep everything calm. I love to hang out with my wife and Cadence. Cadence and I love to run around the house, playing hide and seek. She gets tickled a lot.

Elise Describes Brandon
Brandon is awesome. When I hear people discuss marriage, I just have to say how much I love being married because he is that awesome. Never in our marriage have I felt like it was hard or rough--he makes being married to easy and wonderful. He is so willing to compromise and accommodate, and he really wants to make me and his family happy.

In addition to being a great husband and dad, he is also just a lot of fun. He is so playful and lighthearted. He rarely gets really upset and he loves to goof off. I always have a good time with Brandon and I always feel good when I'm around him. He can be kind of shy and isn't the best in front of new people, but everyone that knows him loves him and thinks he's as great as I think he is.
